Corrections policy
Errors should be easy to report and visible when corrected.
Send the page URL, the disputed statement and a supporting source to info@ocubrief.com. Do not include patient information. Material corrections will state what changed, when and why; clinically relevant corrections require medical review.
An unsafe or unverifiable item may be withdrawn while reviewed. Retractions and source corrections are recorded rather than silently replacing the historical record. Response times depend on editorial capacity; no 24-hour monitoring service is promised.
